You can rest assured that your court had approved our program if that court gave you the information about our program or if it was on their courtesy notice that you received in the mail. If your court had not approved our program, they would not have told you about it. If the court that is handling your ticket does not offer home study at this time, or did not give you the information about us, you may request permission to do home study to see if they will let you take our program.
